The future of marketing will not be more digital, it will be smarter.

Yesterday I was at Meta’s London offices to learn how artificial intelligence is transforming the way travel and entertainment brands connect with their audiences.

And what’s coming isn’t a change of tool, but of mindset.
It’s no longer about posting more, but about understanding better.
About creating strategies where data, creativity and technology work together to generate relevant impact.

Smart targeting

Targeting is no longer a list of interests: it’s a system that interprets behaviour. Meta is investing billions in algorithms able to detect intent, context and affinity. But for them to work, they need creative volume and data volume: the more the system learns, the more precise it becomes.

Connected data

The value isn’t in having information, but in knowing how to connect it.
When CRM, ticketing and digital media work together, every customer touchpoint becomes a chance to personalise the experience and improve results.

Collaboration and Partnership Ads

The most powerful campaigns of the future will be collaborative.
Partnership Ads, which combine a brand’s reach with the credibility of artists or creators, achieve what all advertising seeks: trust.

Personalisation

AI makes it possible to deliver the right message, with the right creative, at exactly the right moment.
It isn’t luck, it’s method: connect data, keep creativity alive and understand how the audience behaves.

In short, digital marketing is changing at a speed that demands more than experience: it demands constant learning.

My goal is to push this way of thinking within the strategies I work on and evolve from operational marketing towards an intelligent, connected and measurable ecosystem.
